We look forward to reuniting with so many friends and family on Monday July 22, 2024, at the Stanton Ridge Country Club in Whitehouse Station, N.J. We hope that you will be a part of this year’s outing. This will be our only in person event of the year.
Over the past several years, The Drew O’Donoghue Fund golf outing has proven to be a key element in our fundraising efforts for Adrenocortical Cancer (“ACC”) research. At the core of its success is the generous participation of family and friends like you. With your support we’ve been able to help directly fund adrenal cancer research at the University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center under the helm of Dr. Gary Hammer, as well as supporting an ongoing study at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center under the guidance of Dr. Diane Reidy. Our strategy is building momentum.
Format:
We are excited to bring back the same format as last year.
Flight 1:
7:00 AM - Registration begins, light breakfast available
8:00 AM - Shotgun start
12:15 PM - Lunch for all AM & PM Golfers
Flight 2:
12:00 PM - Registration begins
12:15 PM - Lunch for all AM & PM Golfers
2:00 PM - Shotgun start
Game: Four-player scramble, same as prior years
When you log in to registration you will be asked for your flight preference, AM or PM. We will endeavor to accommodate all requests as best we can. There will be a lunch scheduled at 12:15 for all golfers (AM and PM flights) which will include our outing speakers and awards for the AM flight. There will be a light breakfast for the 8AM flight but no dinner in the evening.
Flight 1 (AM) golfers would be onsite from approximately 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Flight 2 (PM) golfers would be onsite from approximately 12 PM to 6 PM.
This format offers more schedule flexibility and makes for a quicker, more enjoyable day while accommodating additional golfers. Please pass this invitation along to anyone you might think would be interested in joining us and sponsoring this important event.
