2014 Drew O'Donoghue Fund Golf Outing

On July 28, 2014, The Drew O'Donoghue Fund held its inaugural golf outing at the Stanton Ridge Golf Course in Whitehouse Station, NJ. The event was an inspiration given the number of attendees who generously supported the cause with their time and generous donations, all in the effort to fight adrenal cancer.

We miss Drew more than words can express, but the selfless engagement of all those in attendance at this fundraising event buoys our spirits and gives us hope that we can push toward someday finding a cure for this devastating disease.

Each member of the extended (and extensive!) O'Donoghue family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to each of you who supported this event and who continue to support this effort.

Drew's father, Sean O'Donoghue, spoke at the event, giving a moving talk that was both a touching tribute to Drew and a passionate framing of the ambitious mission of The Drew O'Donoghue Fund.  

Additionally, we were fortunate to have as our special guest speaker Dr. Gary Hammer, MD, PhD, head of the University of Michigan Adrenal Cancer Program. Dr. Hammer is, essentially, the "tip of the spear" in our fight against adrenal cancer.
